Perennial Professional Services has proudly been serving the greater Cincinnati area since 1987 when founder and owner Tim Gill started his business out of the Loveland area.  For over 35 years the company has grown from hard work and fine craftsmanship. At Perennial Services the emphasis is on personal contact and building relationships with our clients that continue year after year.  Because of our ongoing relationships with the people we serve our business has grown primarily thru referrals from our many satisfied customers. 

Perennial Professional Services has worked with a diverse group of clients on urban and rural projects all over the greater Cincinnati area. As a design/build contractor we are able to offer design services as well as detailed cost analysis on each project by one firm.  This allows for projects to move quickly thru the design and estimating phases and into implementation without lost time coordinating with many different individuals. It also allows us to control costs and the schedule of our projects to complete them on time and on budget!
